Okay, seriously?! Could Vanessa have made Frankenstein any cuter?! I am in love with these marshmallow pops from Blog 5 to 9! What a darling treat to send to school with your kids or the perfect snack for any Halloween party! These Frankenstein Marshmallow Pops are definitely on my to do list for next years Halloween baking!
Ingredients:
*Regular Size Marshmallows
*Sugar Cookie Glaze ~ 3 Batches:
* 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
*2 teaspoons milk
*2 teaspoons light corn syrup
*1/4 teaspoon almond extract
*Green food coloring
*1/2 lb chocolate candy melts
*18 pairs of google eyes (These can be found at any craft store or your local cake/candy supply shop. You could also use round candies if you can’t find google eyes)
*Black edible marker
*18 lollipop sticks
*Block of foam
