Now that you know how to make perfect french bread baguettes, you can turn them into this super great dinner! I love these pizza boats for so many reasons! For one thing the toppings are never-ending, you can turn these into whatever your heart desires. For another, this is a super fast, super simple, super delicious dinner that you can whip together on even the busiest of days!
If everyone in your family likes different kinds of pizza here is your solution. If you want pizza for supper but don’t feel like making the dough, letting it rise, and shaping it out this is a fabulous alternative. Whenever I make my french bread I make at least a double batch at a time, if not more. So I always have the bread in my freezer ready to use at a moments notice. Or, if you have whipped up a loaf for a meal and still have a lot left over this is the perfect use to make sure all your hard work doesn’t go to waste. You can even let everyone in the house make their own! I also love making these to use up any leftover chopped veggies, cheeses and meats I have in my fridge!

We were always so excited as kids when mom decided supper was french bread sliced horizontally and turned into pizza – thanks for reminding me so I can bring that excitement to my family too!
